The property combines recreation, movement, and outdoor living through a series of carefully organized spaces, including a pool and spa, basketball court, lawns, fire lounge, and welcoming front entry. Strong geometry, crisp paving, raised planters, and layered planting establish a clear structure that unifies the site while allowing each area to serve a distinct purpose. The result is a modern landscape that feels energetic, organized, and deeply connected to the way the family lives outdoors.

Planting That Brings Structure to the Landscape.
Planting was used to provide structure, privacy, and visual balance throughout the property. Upright screening plants, flowering shrubs, low hedging, and colorful accents help define outdoor destinations while softening the strong geometry of the architecture and hardscape. Around the pool, lawns, and recreation areas, planting establishes clear boundaries without creating separation, allowing the landscape to feel open and connected. The result is a planting composition that reinforces the modern character of the property while enhancing comfort and usability.
